Type of organic soil improver: simple compost improver
Mycorrhiza content 4%
Rhizobacteria content 1x103 UFC/g
Trichoderma content 1x107 UFC/g
The product does not contain genetically modified organisms and pathogens.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Mycorrhizal fungi inocula are suitable for all soil preparation practices prior to planting and for substrates preparation. Inocula enrich soils and substrates of high quality humified organic matter and function-specific microorganisms, and thus it improves fertility and combat soil sickness.
Fills the biological vacuum after sterilization.
Soil sterilization techniques (chemical agents, sunburn, steam) eliminate the problems caused by phytopathogens, but leave what is commonly called "biological vacuum": that is, the lack of soil biological activity and notably the lack of natural competitors that hinder the re-entry and spread of pathogens. The inoculum of mycorrhizal fungi, distributed after soil sterilization, thanks to the high content of micro-organisms with specific activity, allows to quickly colonize the soil with agronomically active microflora able to "fill" the biological vacuum and to hamper the establishment of phytopathogens.
Microorganisms improve the rhizosphere
The naturally selected microorganisms present in the inoculum of mycorrhizal fungi are active at the rhizosphere level: they produce acidifying substances that lower the pH making phosphorus, iron, manganese, boron available; they produce exudates (organic acids, siderophores) able to chelate the nutritive elements, improving their absorption by the roots. Microorganisms are able to accelerate the humification processes of the organic substance thus improving the chemical-physical fertility of soil.
